Undertaking by the Applicant

1. I declare that the above information in the application form is correct to the best of my knowledge.
2. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the DIHE

Note the following points carefully:

1. Self Attested copies of certificates along with two passport size photographs are to be attached with the admission application form.
2. At the time of admission the following are to be submitted:
   1. Original certificates
   2. Secondary School certificate or any other certificate for verification of date of birth.
   3. Marksheets of Xth and XIIth standard and of graduation examination.
   4. Character certificate from the Head of the institution last attended..
3. Right of admission to the institute is reserved. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Management is deemed to be final and binding.
